Plant Spirit Inspired Kuripe with Moldavite, Rainbow Moonstone, Deer Antler, and Kene Shipibo Print

Description

This is a handmade piece made by me! Completely original design and hopefully will spark the inspiration for more pieces to come in the future. It was designed shortly after my master plant dieta in the jungle of Peru. I wanted to then try a new concept... allow the energy of a plant to come through. It is not based on any kind of "accuracy" and completely in flow and intuitive.

I incorporated some of my favorite stones into the piece to symbolize and bring further to life the energetic qualities of this piece- rainbow moonstone and Moldavite. The Moldavia is a high quality stone sourced from a trusted vendor. It is authentic and real.. and for anyone who has worked with Moldavite it is a high frequency stone directly from space. It holds those frequencies beautifully, helping to amplify the energetic exchange taking place from the server (you), through the kuripe, and helping support your own journey working with hape.

This piece is made with palo sangre wood, apoxie sculptors clay (extremely durable), acrylic paint, deer antler, stones as described, and then varnished with a good quality waterproof varnish (painted parts varnished).

The kuripe skeleton (palo sagre wood) I acquired in Peru and had an artist there craft this part for me. After years of making these pieces I always reflect on the durability of the evolution of these pieces. I want them to last as long as possible. Through years of trial and error I adapt... and now I have decided to make these pieces even MORE durable enforced through new materials- wood and even bone (see other pieces) to enforce the quality and durability of these medicine tools for years to come.

Do keep in mind that although I do make these as durable as possible... they are still subject to damage over time. Bamboo and wood do crack over the years... and even bone to a certain extent depending upon care and living conditions (example... if you life in a humid environment). I personally do my best to sustain their durability because I want them to last as long as possible... but also because they are living art pieces I have put SO MANY hours into in order to bring to life. These pieces should last years... and if for any reason issues occur with your piece, reach out! I am happy to fix pieces or even recreate them if they are 1 year old or less.

Thank you all so much for the continued support over the years. Creating these works of art has brought much joy and celebration into my existence. I am honored to have so many medicines tools being loved and cherished across the globe.
