My Medicine Bags scheduled post office days are Monday and Tuesday. What is purchased throughout the week tend to go out one of these days. So your item should ship typically within 5 business days.
My Medicine Bag is based in the United States. We ship most all of our packages from Massachusetts with the exception of rare items being shipped from Utah where Anabelle lives (the other artist behind the scenes).

Since we are shipping from the U.S. it all really depends on where it is shipping to. Typically international orders arrive within a 2 week period. However, sometimes items can get stuck in customs resulting in holds for up to 3 months. These types of holds are rare but can happen.
We do offer returns within reason. However, we are subject to decline your return or refund request for any reason. With that said, we have been known to be very helpful and understanding with our clients. Simply send us a message of what is going on and we will do our best to sort it out the best we can.
