Welcome to My Medicine Bag

About the Facilitator

My name is Angela and I am going to tell you a bit about my story and how I came into this work as a kambo facilitator and space holder. Now I am not going to cut my story short as I want to share as openly as I can to give you the opportunity to dive a bit into my journey where you feel is appropriate. One of the most important things for me when I work with someone in the medicine world is transparency. I want to have security around why and how I can trust my facilitator to take me on a journey within myself.

I have worked with many medicine men and women over the years. Some I would call shaman and others just medicine men/women and other simply space holders. In my opinion, there is a difference; and in today's day and age where so many are classifying themselves as "shaman" without an understanding of what this truly means, I like to be careful of those types of identities. I also believe it to be so important to really take the time to connect with our facilitators to ensure that who we are working with is truly right for us.

I do not associate myself with the world shaman nor do I call myself this, ever. I believe that word to come from indigineous roots and only those who were born into this work from many generations capable of holding that title.

I consider myself a Kambo practitioner, space holder, kundalini yoga teacher, massage therapist, pioneer, artist, and energy worker. I will sometimes use the term "medicine woman" simply because it is more easily associated for some on what kind of work I actually do. It's easier than the large amounts of words I am about to use here.

So, with that said, I am going to take you on a bit of a journey with me. This will be my story with plant medicines and Kambo. I will give you a peek into my world. I share my story because I recognize that I may not be the facilitator for everyone and that is okay. I am sure there are others out there you will resonate with. And for those who do feel resonation towards me, let's share in our journeys together.

I have been on this path since I was 23. I had no idea this type of work existed really. I had explored things like magic mushrooms and LSD but I had no idea the depth these types of experiences could take you until ceremonial medicine work came into my life. At 23 I began traveling the world. Prior to that I had started Thirdeye Indigo. This was my first small business I started. I have been an artist at my core and began creating and painting as long as I can remember. However, I was never truly fulfilled through my art alone. At least not in the capacity that Thirdeye Indigo (my small business) was taking me. I had a strong calling to travel the world and move into territories farther out of my comfort zone. Somewhere in me I knew there was more to life.

Someone asked me one day, "If you could truly be doing anything with your life, what would it be?" I immediately realized it was traveling.

I started saving money on the side and my life opened. A few months later I found myself in California (originally from Utah). In California I began to build community and connections that expanded my reality. They gave me peaks into medicine work, real psychics in the world, and true energy healers they had worked with and spoken to.

Now mind you, right before I left Utah I had been certified to level 3 Reiki as well as went to massage school. I have always had a passion for the body, natural medicines, and the discovery of personal truth.

My time in California opened doors and I soon went to Thailand for my first time. I did my first cleanse in Thailand. A lot began to open up for me and I soon found myself in Koh Phangan, Thailand for the first time. It is here I met the frog (Kambo) as well as Ayahuasca for the first times. During my 2 months in Thailand I sat with Kambo 2 times and Ayahuasca 3 times. It really shifted everything for me. For me, this is when I felt a new life begin for me and nothing has been the same since.

Prior to this new awakening and life I had struggled in my past with self harm, suicidal thoughts, depression, anger towards family, bulimia in my teen years, and lots of self abuse. I lived many years in darker places. I had challenges growing up which I won't go into because I mostly want to focus on my journey with medicines. However, I share this bit to give some perspective on the life I was living before these medicines came into my life. Plant medicine and Kambo helped me build an entirely new relationship with myself and with my life. It cast light on things within myself I wasn't entirely aware of before which gave me the opportunity to shift some things in my habits, my thought patterns, and my lifestyle.

After Thailand I came back to the states where I spent 4 months living in Utah again. This is where I was then connected with another community working with Peyote. I began working with the Native American Church (ONAC). This work gave me insight into the deeper disconnections I actually had from my body. I realized I wasn't actually existing in my body and was very ungrounded within myself.

Soon after I moved back to California and then began working with ayahuasca once again. This heightened my realizations around how ungrounded I was. It also took me on journeys within myself and my own mind where I began to recognize how mean I had been being towards myself. Light was cast on my internal self talk and I began to realize just how deep my inner saboteur goes.

There is so much more I could say on EVERYTHING I am sharing here but most of that you can actually find on my personal instagram page @rainbow_medicina I have been very open about my journey all these years. I have share many insights, stories, and evolutions with my community openly. If you feel called, you can find more there.

My time with peyote inspired me on a journey to heal my relationship with my body and learn how to ground, centre, and better empower myself. I was determined to learn how to navigate my own life and energy more fully. So the next chapter of my life unfolded from there.

Right after some really challenging ayahuasca ceremonies in California I made the choice to go to India. I paid for a Kundalini yoga training and found myself in India for nearly 6 months. I mostly studied Kundalini yoga but also found myself surrounded by more like minded people living life in a more connected way than I had been introduced to before. This is also when I was introduced to Bufo for the first time (toad medicine). My life in India was a ceremony in and of itself. I did a 200 hour YTT living in an ashram type setting. We wore all white, head coverings, 2 and a half hour sadhanas, kundalini yoga 2-3 times a day, cold showers in the mornings, and diving into Kundalini yoga teachings in every aspect. After I left my training I was practicing kundalini yoga 2 times a day and also did a 30 day fruit fast along with it. I met many other Kundalini yogis but also met an important teacher to me who I did a retreat with and then invited me to live in Koh Phangan, Thailand with her and open up a Kundalini yoga community there.

Kundalini yoga was and has continued to be an incredible tool that has helped me integrate, learn about myself, and fully root myself and energy into my body. It has been a huge support along with plant medicine and kambo to supporting me in expanding and growing. It has helped me to strengthen my nervous system, find my center, as well as get more in touch with my intuition and spirit. Kundalini yoga is a practice of bringing the subconscious to the conscious and strengthening the spirit as it roots into the body.

I went back to the states for 4 months after this where I began to save money for my next adventure to Thailand to help open this community. In those 4 months I began to work with Kambo again as well as continue practicing kundalini yoga every day. I also continued wearing all white and exploring all kundalini had to teach me. Staying more strict with it's teachings because I am a firm believer in if you are going to do something then do it all the way.

Right before I left for Thailand I ran into a woman who I served me Kambo. As I was sitting in front of me she asks me, "Have you ever considered yourself to be a medicine woman?" In all honesty I was shocked. She then says to me, "I feel like you should be serving Kambo." Again this was a lot for me to digest.

I went home after this along with an invite to study kambo further, do a kambo dieta, and get trained in how to serve myself kambo as well as others.

After really sitting with this and also reaching out to a then trusted ayahuascero from Brazil I had been working with. I really sat with this reality and commitment for my life. I made the decision to do the kambo dieta.

We had an all women's group during our kambo dieta and initiation.

Now let me say as a precursor, what I will share next is NOT for everyone. It can actually be quite dangerous for some people in certain circumstances. However, this is my story and how it happened. This is how I learned to work with the frog.

We water fasted on Mt. Shasta for 5 days. Along with water fasting we were working with kambo every day: once in the morning and once in the evening. Through the process we were served the medicine, served ourselves the medicine on many occassions, and also served others. We were taught different protocols and ways and techniques. Ultimately, this particular dieta gave me the confidence to begin working with kambo for myself.

From there I left this training and was working with kambo once a week. I began the journey of really going to make places and depths with kambo. Recognizing that in order to hold space for others I needed to really get to know the medicine as much as I possibly could. So I sat with kambo once a week for sometime and then eventually began working with it once a month.

Alongside this I also did another ayahuasca ceremony in my home state, Utah. Where I connected to the land and began the journey of more deeply connecting to the plants as well as my own ancestors and lineage. That ceremony was for next chapter to Thailand as well as working with kambo. That ceremony opened up a lot along with many blessings to continue my studies and journey.

After this ceremony in Utah I was asked by the medicine man from Brazil I had been working with those years prior if I was interested in studying under him. This opened up a whole other door I wasn't quite ready for... but will come into play later. Keep reading.

I moved to Thailand. I helped open up the Kundalini Yoga community which also became a Kundalini Yoga and Kambo medicine community. Here I continued my personal studies sitting with kambo frequently. I was teaching kundalini yoga every other day as well as taking kundalini yoga classes every day. I began to offer hape' and sananga circles. I did a lot of one on one sessions to begin with and then eventually started working with groups.

I was still continuing my personal studies. Working with kambo frequently as well as working with sananga and hape' every day alongside kundalini yoga.

My time in Thailand was a great initiation for me. I learned how to hold space for others, lead a group, teach classes, be a leader in community, and create retreats and workshops.

After some months in Thailand I began to also offer kambo sessions when I felt ready. I once again offered one on one sessions but eventually began to work with groups as well. My work began to blow up very quickly and I was working with many individuals from all over the world seeking the spaces I was offering. I learned a lot in this time. We were doing kambo ceremonies once a week for awhile and eventually multiple times a week.

I was also still continuing my self studies. I also was was still sitting in personal ceremonies facilitated by other qualified medicine men/women and integrating through my practices with kundalini yoga.

I also offered my first Kambo and Yoga retreat with a dear kambo sistar I did my kambo dieta with. This was our first every retreat which inspired the very retreats I offer today!

I lived in Thailand for almost a year. I then began to feel a call to come back to the states where I was then ready to accept the offer from the medicine man from Brazil who asked me if I was interested in studying under him. I came back to the states and I did that.

I lived with him and 2 others in a medicine house. What this means is a house open to the community for ceremonies, energy work, kambo sessions, etc. We were working with ayahuasca, kambo, cacao, wachuma, sweatlodges, changa, sananga, hape', and more. During this time I was a helper, so to speak. I was in charge of cleaning purge buckets, smudging the space, space holding during ceremonies, and singing songs. I learned some medicine songs during this time, also did a lot of healing surrounding my own connections to my lineage and ancestors, and so much more it's hard to put into words. We also traveled to different places offering ceremonies as well as had retreats happening at our location.

I offered my first kambo and kundalini yoga immersion retreat here at this medicine house. It continued the evolution of what I offer in these experiences today.

After 3 months in this medicine house/community we traveled down to Peru where I sat with plant medicines as well as was introduced to the Shipibo lineage of working with master plants. I also met my romantic partner right before this who went with us to Peru. We sat in ceremonies down there which opened up another evolution of medicine work.

When I got back to the states I moved in with my beloved finally beginning to root more into a home. This is where I began to then offer kambo and kundalini yoga immersion retreats as well as traveled to offer them in other places across the states. We also went down to Peru in 2021 and did a master plant dieta with the shipibo teacher and his wife we met.

I was then introduced to Chuchuwasi a master plant teacher I worked with very closely in dieta. This master plant works with the womb, the blood, the bones, and the strengthening of the body and system. I was told it was an important plant for those who hold space in ceremonial ways. To offer me further guidance and support in my work with kambo. We did 10 days down there in dieta.

I wont go into all the details with my Chuchuwasi dieta however it was a profound experience of meeting a plant for the first time. Really meeting the spirit of that plant and learning through the plants themselves in a very special way. This plant showed and taught me a lot about myself which I continue to practice today. We were also working with ayahuasca every other day. We did our dieta traditional shipibo style so no salts, bland meals for detoxing, no communication or eye contact with others, in a hut in the jungle with yourself and no distractions, and working with your master plant teacher every day through dreams, visions, feelings, and in ceremony.

When I got back to the states I began integrating the teachings of Chuchuwasi. Focusing on healing my body further through exercise and further dietary shifts.  My journey then lead me to bufo once again along with yopo. I worked with these teachers which took me into deeper places that coincided with my dieta with chuchuwasi. Showing me where to go next on my journey and how to open up healing now not just for myself but for other in relation to those who had hurt me. Offering me steps towards compassion and forgiveness.

After this I took a year off from all medicine work (2022). I focused on my integration completely. I rested A LOT. I was also traveling as well. I went to Guatemala where I met a beautiful community: The Mystical Yoga Farm around Lake Atitlan.

At the end of 2022 I went back to Guatemala a second time after I had invested money there becoming a Community Member. This community is  medicine community, yoga community, sustainable living community teaching others about sustainable living, and so much more. During my stay there I helped co-facilitate 2 wachuma ceremonies. The first one being on New Years night. A beautiful symbolism into 2023.

And now here we are today. Alongside this I have had kambo along my side. This medicine has become so much apart of who I am and the way I live my life. It is a constant reminder to be the best I can be and to show up in the world as reflection of it's teachings. Kambo has been a foundational aspect of my journey and it has been a great honor to have served this medicine in so many communities across the globe and United States.

The retreats I offer are a direct reflection of my journey and how I have worked with this medicine for many years now. I take others on journeys within themselves to places I have been and in the ways I have been lead and experienced it. It has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. I will continue to study with kambo alongside other master plants. And as I evolve and learn I trust my work will continue to do so as well.

MORE ABOUT OUR RETREATS

Our Kambo and Kundalini Yoga Immersion Retreats on a fusion of Eastern and Amazonian traditions that Angela has been studying for the past 6 years. Her journey and training with Kundalini Yoga while in India as well as her initiations with both Kambo and plant medicines is what has brought to life this unique retreat experience. She has studied alongside indigenous peoples of the jungle and learned from some of the best Kundalini yoga teachers in the world on her own self journey to now bring you this Retreat she has been offering across the world the past 5 years.

This retreat is a journey within ourselves and the opportunity to connect to our bodies as well as our spirits, energy, and truths. It is the opportunity to clear away much of the fog and gunk that has distracted us from connecting to ourselves and world around on a pure level.

Kambo is a natural medicine from the Amazon that helps the body to purge much of the toxins, blocks, dense energies, and emotional build up that has us feeling heavy, possibly sick, disconnected, and out of alignment. It clears the body on a physical level, clears the heavy emotions we have been possibly suppressing for years, rebalance the energy back to a higher vibrational frequency, and reconnects us to our spirits and what it means to really feel good. Kundalini yoga also teaches us how to feel the way energy moves through us, how to wake ourselves back up, and how to reconnect with our power and truths.

Together Kundalini Yoga and Kambo help us on all aspects: physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.

🌿 KAMBO AND MEDICINE SESSIONS 🌿

This retreat will include 3 kambo sessions and unlimited sananga and hape ceremonies and sessions while you are here. These 3 sessions will give you a full reset of your body back into equilibrium or balance. It will also rebalance your hormonal system and clean away toxins and build up in the system. This is known as a 3 by 3 and is a traditional way kambo has been used for generations to bring the body back into balance and harmony.

I like to think of this medicine as the "super human" medicine because of it's ability to clean the body and bring us back to ourselves. After sessions the senses are heightened: clearer mind and thinking, more ability to taste, sense of smell more keen, colors look brighter and more vivid. Etc. It is like this fog that has built up in our bodies and therefore minds is lifted and you are experiencing the world new and fresh once again.

This medicine is a great way to give you body some love as well as offer healing to the body mind and spirit. It helps us to release old patterns that are no longer working, get to the root of a trauma and heal it, and so much more.

🧘 KUNDALINI YOGA 🧘

We will be also complimenting the kambo sessions with a daily morning routine of kundalini yoga. This yoga practice is a yoga specifically for strengthening the spirit. It will give you experiences that will help you to get in touch with your body, breath, and mind. It will help clear away subconscious patterns and provide you with tools to help you manage stress, anxiety, fears, etc.
I offer kundalini yoga because I  have first-handedly experienced the amazing benefits it has when also working with kambo. It offers tools for integration so we can take these practices back into our daily lives and continue to heal and empower ourselves every single day.

To find more info on kundalini yoga simply google or youtube "kundalini yoga as taught by yogi bhajan"
This form of yoga I have been certified in. I spent 6 months in India and a month in ashram during my YTT studying this yoga very in depth. Since then I have practiced it regularly. I also lived in a Kundalini yoga community in Thailand for a year practicing every day as well as facilitating kambo sessions. This is where my inspiration for these retreats have come from! I have been able to see and experience the amazing benefits and connections it has and continues to give me to myself and my spirit. I am now so excited to be sharing this all with you!

🐸ABOUT KAMBO🐸

Kambo is a medicine that comes from the jungles of South America. This medicine is a secretion from a frog known as the "monkey tree frog". This secretion has a strong detoxing effect on mammals and allows for deep healing and releasing processes to take place.

Kambo holds many benefits for the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. In a kambo experience there are many parts of our self being effected all at once. The most obvious one is the physical body. As the physical body begins to purge and release we are actually able to see toxins leave the body and often times clients are able to feel a strong release that has taken place after a kambo session.

Kambo helps heal and reset the body on multiple levels. Many people come to sit with kambo because they want to clean their body and others because they want the experience of connecting with the kambo spirit. Both of these things can take place and regardless of your reasoning this medicine has a powerful healing effect on many levels.

Kambo has what is called "peptides" in it that heal on many levels and is also scientifically and medically backed up for it's potentials.

"The major peptides identified in the Kambo secretion include:
Phyllomedusin – strongly affects intestines, bowels and contributes to deep purging of toxins.

Phyllokinin and Phyllomedusin – both potent vessel dilators, increasing the permeability of the blood-brain barrier.

Caerulein and Sauvagine – cause a fall in blood pressure accompanied by tachycardia, stimulating the adrenal cortex and the pituitary gland and contributing to heightened sensory perception and increased stamina. These peptides have a strong analgesic effect, enhance endurance, increase physical strength, and in general, enhance the capacity to manage physical pain and stress. They possess medical uses as digestive aids, and have demonstrated analgesic effects for those with renal colic, pain due to peripheral vascular insufficiency and cancer.

Dermorphin and Deltorphin are potent opioid peptides 4000 times stronger than morphine and 40 times stronger than endogenic b-endorphines.

The bioactive peptides and neuropeptides present in Kambo cover a wide range of potential medical uses including:

depression
migraines
blood circulation problems
vascular insufficiency
organ diseases
skin and eyes issues
fertility problems
AID’s
hepatitis
cancer
brain diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s

Kambo has been used to help people also clear themselves from drugs and pharmaceuticals. I have worked with clients who have had a history with drugs such as heroine or amphetamines; as well as worked with individuals wanting to clear their system of certain pharmaceuticals that may have a strong addictive hold on them.

It is said that Kambo is the strongest vaccine in the entire world and boosts the immune system by 300%. It also has a powerful way of strengthening the nervous system which can support in individual in being less prone to stress or anxiety. When we have a strong nervous system we are also able to take on life more centered and also begin a powerful journey of actually lifting our own frequency and vibration into higher states of consciousness.

      🌱ABOUT SANANGA🌱

"The plant-based sananga eye drops—brewed from the Tabernaemontana genus of shrubs native to the upper Amazon—are said to enhance eyesight and have long been used by indigenous tribes to prevent and treat ocular diseases like glaucoma, cataracts, near-sightedness, and blindness. But sananga is also commonly used to treat skin diseases, infections, arthritis, cancer, and perhaps most interestingly, to clear a person of what is called panema—anxiety, depression, bad luck, negative energies, and laziness."
      Source:  Psychedelic Times

The process with Sananga can fluctuate in how long it lasts. When placed in the eyes it has a burning effect as it is making it's way through the system and opening up new energetic pathways. We worked with sananga prior to Kambo because it prepares the emotional body as well as the energetic body for the deep release that can take place with Kambo. It brings stuck and suppressed emotions the surface and opens the ceremonial space so clients have an opportunity to better understand what they are going to be releasing while sitting with Kambo.

      🌱ABOUT HAPE🌱

Hape is a finally ground mapacho or tobacco snuff mixed with other plants. There are many different varieties of hape and each one can be used to help impact and shift the energetic body in various ways.

Hape is a medicine we may or may not use in every session. It is used towards the end of the ceremony or even while a client is sitting with Kambo. Hape can act as a purgative and help the clients to surrender deeper and release more. It also can have an incredible grounding effect on the energetic body as well as leave the mind feeling much clearer and focused.

"Rapé can help you in the following ways
      • Helps focus and sharpen the mind.
      • Clears a person or space of distracting, bad energies in preparation for intention setting.
      • Detoxes both body and mind and clears your energetic field. Because of this, rapé is often used in conjunction with ayahuasca ceremonies.
      • Clears sinuses of mucus and bacteria, thereby helping to combat colds and respiratory ailments.
      • Provides a calming, grounding effect on the emotions that lasts much longer that the initial sensation.
      • Can be used in conjunction with other treatments for addiction and mental illness."

        CEREMONY PROCESS

What to expect when coming to a kambo ceremony or session?
Every session with me starts with a grounding into the space. I take you through a guided meditation that allows you to connect with your breath, connect and check in with your body, and provides you with tools that you will be able to take with you throughout your Kambo journey. This allows each person the opportunity to drop into the present moment and move into a space of allowing and trust.

We then call in the space and begin to create an energy and a tone for the journey we are about to go on. Invoking the space and allowing the spirits of these medicines we are working with to come in.

We then open the space working with sananga which allows things to begin surfacing. A sananga session typically lasts around 10 minutes. Once the sananga has been served then I will guide you with drumming and singing. After sananga we then move into working with Kambo.

Right before sitting with Kambo each client drinks immediately before 1 and a half to 2 liters of water. This water is the carrier for the toxins that are about to be released from the body. This is an important step in working with Kambo and some clients find it helps them to build a new relationship with the water element.

Kambo is placed onto the body through burns made in the skin called portals. These portals are created by burning the first layer of skin off. This leaves small surface holes on the skin which allows the medicine to then be placed on them so the medicine can enter in through the lymph system.

Kambo typically takes around 5 minutes for it to set on. It is important to note that this medicine is NOT psychoactive so the experience is very grounding and happening within the body and clients are typically quite conscious and aware of everything that is happening. A client will begin to feel heat rise in the body and the heart begin to beat a bit faster. Sometime swelling can occur in and around the face as well as other parts of the body occasionally. Swelling doesn't always occur but it can if the body is going through a deeper cleansing process. If swelling does occur this is a good sign that the medicine is working deeper.

A Kambo experience is typically around 20 minutes long. However, the kambo session as a whole is usually around 2 hours for private sessions and up to 3 or 4 for group sessions.  One of the things I like about Kambo is that it is a very powerful process but is also a short one. So, it is a good experience in learning to surrender to the medicine and also knowing that everything is temporary.

When sitting with Kambo a purge begins to come on and clients can release and purge in various ways:

        • Vomiting (cleaning the insides of the body: organs, tissues, mental thoughts, etc.)
        • Pooping (lower intestines are cleaning out; bathroom near by if this is process occurs)
        • Shaking (nervous system releasing trauma and strengthening)
        • Tetany or Lobster hands (when the body is releasing trauma)
        • Crying or emotional release (finally feeling those feelings that have been needed to be felt in order to be healed)

All of these forms of purge all the body to go through a releasing process. When we go through traumatic situations the body has a tendency to hold onto this. It then is held within the body in muscle memory. So as we are purging we are not only purging the water but also all the things the body has been suppressing: stories, traumas, illness, dis-ease, emotions, mental loops, etc.

During or after a kambo session we may also work with hape. Hape is used to allow anything else that has been suppressed in the system to be release and purged. It also has an incredible healing and grounding effect. I like to think of this medicine as the "prayer medicine" because connecting to Father Tobacco in a sacred way has reminded me of the power of prayers. Being clear on what it is I am calling in and creating space in my body and mind for what stories I no longer want to live in. This is a good time to be really clear on what it is each client is calling into their lives. Really reflecting on the life they want to create and step into on the next chapter of life.

NOTE: I guide each session intuitively with various instruments, music, and sounds. This creates a path for clients to come out of their minds and into the surrendered experience with the medicine.

💡 HOW TO PREPARE FOR A CEREMONY 💡

First things first, you will want to come equipped with an intention or a prayer in mind for yourself and for your life. This can be anything from want to connect with your body and heal it to wanting to clear space to manifest a promotion in your career or start a new project. Kambo is a great way to release things we have been holding onto and when this happens the space that is created allows us to then manifest something new: closing old doors and opening new ones.

You can write your intention down. You can write as much as you need or as little as you feel. Write about what it is you are wanting to let go of as well as what it is that you are calling into your life. Bring this with you as well as if you have any altar items you feel called to bring with you as a reminders and support on why you are doing this journey.

You will wanting to begin fasting 12 hours prior to the session. Typically all sessions are done in the morning so a natural fast can take place while you are sleeping throughout the night. However, it is possible to do the session later on if you are comfortable fasting throughout the day. The important part is that the fast is done so that they system has a break and there is no food or liquids (except water) in the system.

        WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

        • Comfortable clothing for sessions and yoga
        • A journal
        • Any altar items that remind you of your power
        • Anything that brings comfort and relaxation
        • Any art supplies you feel to bring
        • Yourself: open hearted and ready for transformation

Each retreat will be uniquely set to you, your needs, and the intention you come with while you are here. So what we do in between sessions will be intuitively guided and chosen. This can include: art, nature, reading materials, etc.

There is options for payment plans as well for those interested. Please get in contact with me to discuss further details on this.

        ✈️ FLIGHTS AND TRAVEL ✈️

You will be responsible for getting yourself to the retreat. This retreat does NOT cover costs of flight, gas, bus tickets, etc. That will be up to you. What I can offer though is help figuring out flights and easier access on how to arrive here. Carpooling options maybe available, but do inform me ahead of time.

You will need 5 days at least to embark on this journey! This will include one day of travel time. You will arrive that afternoon/evening here to settle in, ground in, get acquainted with the space and your private room, and then do a ground in meditation and intro session that night before bed.

You will then need 3 days here at the space. We will be doing 1 kambo session each morning. Before the sessions we will do kundalini movements, breathwork, and yoga to help prep you for the session. Then we will work with sananga, kambo, and hape. Each night we will close with an integration circle together to support you through your process.

The 5th day we will have breakfast together and a closing circle then offer our goodbyes or see you laters.

        🍲 FOOD 🍲

While at the retreat you will be fully taken care of. The retreat space will be fully equipped with lots of nutritional foods to help support you while you work with medicine, cleanse/detox, heal, and release anything that is no longer serving you. You will receive a meal after each ceremony as well as dinner meals to help you stay strong and nourished. Snacks will also be available if needed to grab during eating times (there will be a 12 hour fast each before each ceremony). All foods are prepared for you to ensure that they compliment your experience to keep you balanced when working with kambo each day and session.

The meals will be mostly gluten free vegan alkaline meals to support you through your detox journey. There will be optional things potentially available as well such as ghee, honey, bread, etc. Two meals will be provided after ceremonies each day. If you have specific dietary needs do let me know ahead of time.
